Booking Policy
- Booking Confirmation:
To secure your booking, a valid credit card or payment method must be provided at the time of reservation. - Advance Booking:
We require booking 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and access to food.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window:
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time. - Late Cancellation/No-drop off or pick up:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation time or no-shows will incur a fee of $10 per person or 20% of the bookings fee.
Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash payments. - Payment Responsibility:
The person making the reservation is responsible for the full payment of the bill. - Service Charge & Taxes:
A service charge of 18% will be added to all bills. Additionally, applicable taxes will be charged as per local regulations. - Gratuities:
Gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and are greatly appreciated by our staff.
